A Gracey 7-8 by InstruDents X is a versatile instrument and can beused on buccal and lingual surfaces of molars and bicuspids. It has a shorter shank than Gracey 1-2 and 3-4.

Gracey 15-16 IDX 13011

In clinical view, in order to achieve a parallel shank angle, it is often necessary to use extraoral fulcrum. The increased angle of Gracey 15-16 allows for a better position in the area.It is primarily used for the mesial surfaces of posterior teeth.

Gracey 13-14 by InstruDents X is used for removing deep subgingival calculus from premolars and molars. They are angulated to reach premolars and molars’ distal surfaces.

Gracey 11-12 IDX 13009

Gracey 11-12 by InstruDents X is used for removing deep subgingival calculus from premolars and molars. Gracey curettes are used for root planing, deep scaling and periodontal debridement. They are primarily used for mesial surfaces of molars and premolars.

Gracey 1-2 IDX 13008

Standard Gracey 1-2 by InstruDents X is used for removing deep subgingival calculus from incisors and molars. It is also used to finish subgingival root surfaces. It has a round cutting tip with working surface that is inclined at a 20° angle to the lower shank and one curved cutting edge. Gracey 1-2 is primarily used on incisors. For removing calculus, apply moderate pressure and for root planing light pressure and make sure the lower shank of Gracey curette is parallel with the tooth surface.

Rigid Gracey 13-14 IDX 13007

Rigid Gracey 13-14 by InstruDents X is designed for a specific tooth surface and specific area, for root surfaces that are less accessible.It is primarily used for distal surfaces of molars and premolars.

Mini Gracey 15-16 by InstruDents X is used in removing deep subgingival calculus. Its blade shank is more angulated than Mini Gracey 11-12 for better access. It is primarily used for mesial surfaces of molars.
