MA Dental webshop contains the products that are normally stocked at the warehouse. Special orders for goods not included in the standard range can also be made. Delivery of specially ordered goods normally takes a little longer and these goods cannot be returned. Contact MA Dental customer service for more information on our specialty assortment.
Our prices are net prices excluding VAT and shipping and are valid until further notice. Any price adjustments can be made due to currency fluctuations, price increases from suppliers and other unpredictable events.
In Denmark and Sweden: 8 days net. Invoice is sent via email or
according to other agreements. After the invoice's due date, the interest rate
is charged at 1.25% per month started.
Rest of
Europe/World: Payment to be paid in advance after the confirmation of order.
We can ship goods worldwide from our Danish warehouse. We can use air cargo, express deliveries, or if there is any special request from the customer. All deliveries do not include freight, insurance & custom clearance. If you are located outside the EU and goods shipped from our Danish warehouse, it is the customer's responsibility to handle the custom at his country of origin.
Return and exchange rights apply within 30 days from the invoice date in unbroken packaging. To return goods you go to "My pages", then "Returns" and "Create new". For returns that were not caused by MA Dental, the invoice amount is credited with a 5% deduction. Returns with product value below EUR 30 are not credited.

Transport damage and
lost goods
MA Dental takes no responsibility for transport damage and lost goods. Complaints should be made immediately to the carrier.
Disputes regarding possible interpretations or applications of MA Dental terms of purchase and delivery shall be settled by the general court in Denmark and pursuant to Danish law.
