Welcome to MA Dental’s Delivery & Returns page. Please find below some helpful information and guidelines.
Delivery and Product Assortment
In the assortment in our webshop you can find a wide range of products for all dental procedures. These are normally stocked at our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark.
If you require products that are not part of our standard range, we can also customize products. For these requests please contact us directly at info@madental.dk to discuss.

Prices and Payment Terms
Our prices are net prices, excluding VAT and shipping, and they are valid until further notice. You need to have an account and login information to view our pricing. All order require prepayment before shipment, unless otherwise agreed

Returns and Exchanges
In case of returns the products and packages need to be unbroken, undamaged and in sell-able condition. For returns that were not caused by MA Dental a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Complaints and Transport Damage/ Lost Goods
We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition, but should they be damaged during transport, please document the complaint and report immediately to the carrier in question and to us at MA Dental.
